Thrive Aviation in Paradise, NV is seeking a Pilot in Command to lead safe ground and in-flight operations. The Captain will mentor First Officers, communicate clearly with leadership and dispatch, and uphold Thrive’s standards of safety and service.
Candidates must have 3,000 hours total time, 1,500 PIC hours, 500 turbine hours, ATP certificate, FAA First Class Medical, FCC Radio license, and US passport. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel are essential.

Position Summary
The Pilot in Command or Captain position is primarily responsible for safe and efficient ground and in-flight operations of the aircraft. A successful Captain will exceed our customers’ expectations while maintaining clear and effective communication with Leadership, Team Members and dispatch. Our most successful Captains will thrive by acting as leaders and mentors to their First Officers to cultivate a culture of insight, prestige, and authenticity.
