Job summary

Maguire Iron, Inc. is seeking an experienced pilot to operate a Citation CJ4 in a single-pilot Part 91 role supporting two principals and their families.

The pilot will manage flight operations, aircraft maintenance coordination, and detailed passenger logistics with a focus on safety and first-class service. The position emphasizes 65% business travel and 35% personal travel, with on-going simulator training and a commitment to long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Single-pilot certification/training required.
• FAA ATP Certificate (or Commercial with instrument rating; ATP preferred).
• Valid First-Class Medical Certificate.
• CJ4 type rating (or willingness to obtain; training available).
• Minimum total flight time: 3,500 hours.
• Minimum PIC time: 1,000 hours turbine/jet, single-pilot preferred.
• Clean aviation record; background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate CJ4 in a single-pilot Part 91 operation.
• Plan and file flight plans, weather analysis, NOTAMs, routes.
• Serve as PIC for all CJ4 operations.
• Maintain aircraft readiness, fueling, and configuration.
