This role requires a Doctorate and a minimum of 2 years' experience advising research projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research methodology knowledge and proficiency in English, with additional language skills in Portuguese or Spanish being a plus. Qualifications

• Record of scholarly publications.
• Minimum of 2 years advising graduate research or supervising thesis/capstone projects.
• Proficient in English; Portuguese or Spanish preferred.
• Advanced understanding of academic writing standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor students through their Final Capstone Project.
• Track each stage of the project and verify interim deliverables.
• Participate in defense panels and assess final submissions.
• Review LMS activity and ensure student engagement.
• Provide constructive feedback and encourage student participation.
