Advantis Medical is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist in Capitola, CA for a 13-week contract. The role pays $2,248 per week and follows a Rotating shift with a 3x12 schedule.

You will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, assess and treat within your scope, document progress, operate equipment, and collaborate with the care team to deliver quality outcomes. Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Physical Therapist experience.
• Must hold all required PT certifications and licenses as mandated by California and national regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
• Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team
