Qualificações

• This role requires 3–5 years of experience setting up events, moving furniture, and/or office cleaning.
• Ability to supervise Physical Labor Technicians and review work performance.
• Valid driver’s license if assigned to drive the truck.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper equipment operation.

Responsabilidades

• Assigns tasks to team members and checks on progress.
• Inspects Capitol building areas for cleanliness and trash removal.
• Ensures compliance with department policies and safety rules.
• Sets up rooms for meetings, conferences, and banquets.
• Loads/unloads trucks; may drive a truck when needed.
• Fills in for the Facilities Services Supervisor as required.
