Initio Capital is looking for Certified Capital Strategy Analysts to join their platform. This role involves designing capital stacks, conducting financial modeling, and performing due diligence on transactions.

Analysts can earn between $50 and $200 per hour based on their rating score. The position requires an active professional credential and completion of the Initio Sphere Financial Training.

Qualifications

• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent).
• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment.
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join our platform as Certified Capital Strategy Analysts. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process.

Compensation

• Senior Capital Strategy Analyst: Rating Score 90–100, Pay $150–$200/hour


• Lead Capital Strategy Analyst: Rating Score 80–89, Pay $100–$150/hour


• Capital Strategy Analyst / Associate: Rating Score 60–79, Pay $50–$100/hour

Responsibilities

• Capital Strategy & Structuring: Capital stack design, fundraising strategy, transaction structuring, scenario planning for capital deployment and exits


• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build 3‑statement models, DCF, LBO, project‑level return modeling, sensitivity and scenario analysis, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis, valuation summaries


• Due Diligence & Investment Support: Quality of Earnings analysis, commercial, operational, and financial diligence, risk assessment, investment memo and IC presentation support

Analysts may only perform work in categories for which they have explicit approval. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance.
