Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking a Project Engineering Coordinator for the Axis, Alabama site. The role interfaces with safety, environmental, operations, and design teams to ensure capital projects meet safety, environmental, and internal policy requirements.

You will manage documentation, prepare estimates, and coordinate procurement for capital work. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years in engineering/project management, familiarity with AutoCAD, and OSHA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
Knowledge of mechanical and structural design codes and OSHA regulations.
Experience with design/visualization software (AutoCAD) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate capital project documentation (infrastructure, equipment, files).
Ensure accuracy of plans, quantities, and calculations; prepare estimates.
Prepare RFQs and collaborate with procurement to bid capital work.
Manage project team activities and interface with Corporate Engineering on new procedures.
Lead capital projects following established procedures and approve contractor timesheets.
Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and site regulations.
