Job summary

Fountain House in Manhattan is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to support capital projects and day-to-day operations across 15 NYC program sites. The role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and leads small to mid-size projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple trades and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Director of Operations on capital projects and initiatives.
• Lead small to mid-size projects from scoping to completion.
• Coordinate multiple trades/vendors to meet schedule and scope.
• Solicit bids, review proposals, manage vendor relationships.
• Track budgets and flag overruns or changes early.
• Maintain project documentation and audit-ready records.
• Travel across NYC program sites as needed.
