Job summary

NYC Parks is seeking a Community Coordinator in the Capital Division to coordinate division-wide delivery strategies and serve as a central point of support. The role involves QA/QC of project data, developing protocols for data accuracy, and producing training materials for staff.

The candidate will create compliance-ready presentations for senior staff and help communicate capital project updates across divisions. NYC residency requirements apply as noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant community work experience or
• High school diploma plus 6 years of relevant experience; equivalency allowed.
• Experience in project management, data analysis, or public administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate division-wide delivery strategies and act as a centralized support point.
• Serve as QA/QC for project data and ensure timely corrections and updates.
• Prepare training materials and inform staff about systems supporting the capital process.
• Create presentation materials that meet agency standards for senior decision-making.
