The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering and experience with capital projects. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, scale analytical tools, and play a vital role in client engagements, as well as contribute to benchmarking databases.

The salary range for this role is between $140,000 and $144,200 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience on major capital projects for an owner or contractor.
• Hands-on experience with construction estimating software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
