Responsibilities

• Lead development of capital project scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate staffing and development of construction, commissioning and start-up plans.
• Lead equipment specification and procurement and bid packages for equipment and labor.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
