Responsibilities

• Lead capital project scope, schedule and budget following project management deliverables and best practices.
• Coordinate staffing and development of construction, commissioning and start-up plans.
• Lead equipment specification and procurement and develop, review and award bid packages for equipment and labor.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned
