3M is seeking a Capital Project Engineer to manage capital projects from concept through commissioning. You will coordinate plant personnel, consultants and suppliers, define design criteria and estimate costs to meet safety and regulatory standards.
This role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of project management experience, and strong communication skills to present plans to management. Domestic travel up to 20% and relocation may be required.
