Job summary

Texas A&M University System Offices is seeking a Financial Analyst III in College Station to analyze financial data and support the System Capital Plan. You will evaluate project funding, model cash flows, and monitor debt programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The role collaborates with Budget, Accounting, and Facilities Planning to deliver accurate forecasts and timely reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years of related experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Capital Planning and Board Coordination - develop and maintain the five-year Capital Plan and prepare materials for the Board.
Capital project financial monitoring - track costs, funding sources, and expenditures with Facilities Planning.
Financial analysis and project pro formas - build models, forecasts, and pro forma statements.
Debt-program administration - support debt programs and document approvals for financing.
Tax-exempt debt compliance - monitor compliance and arbitrage milestones.
Required reporting and records management - coordinate annual reports and maintain records.
Cross-functional coordination - work with Budget, Accounting, and stakeholders on reviews.
Other duties as assigned.
