Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six (6) years related experience.
• Or High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years experience.
• May require on-call support rotation after hours and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines specifications for moderately complex operating software programming apps or maintains complex existing ones.
• Analyzes and evaluates systems and devises programs and procedures to process data.
• Prepares charts/diagrams to aid problem analysis and submits recommendations.
• Prepares program specs and diagrams and develops coding logic flowcharts.
• Encodes, tests, debugs and installs programs with operations and user departments.
• Reviews progress and evaluates results.
