Qualifications

• Currently a college/university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-player attitude.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and writing market research by obtaining and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
• Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
• Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
• Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
• Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and other graphics.
• Provide general assistance to the team, including gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.

What this job involves:

Take the opportunity to start your career early in JLL's Capital Markets group, a team dedicated to equipping clients with the strategic advice needed to enhance their economic interests in real estate. As an intern, you will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be an integral part of the team, working alongside analysts to drive investments and acquisitions.
