Location: Denver, CO

Experience: 3–5 Years PQE | Capital Markets & Corporate Governance

A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets & Securities Associate (3–5 years PQE) to join its busy Denver office. The team advises regional and national clients on public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings including Forms S-1, S-3, S-4, 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy statements

Compensation

Base Salary: $220,000 – $235,000 (DOE)

Bonuses: Performance and hours-based bonus program
