Job summary

JLL, a leading capital markets firm, seeks a Graphic Designer to create compelling offering memorandums, presentations, and digital marketing materials that support multi-million dollar investments.

The role partners with brokers, analysts, and marketing pros in a fast-paced setting to deliver high-quality design while evolving with industry trends. In-office work in Downtown Denver is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to design within branding standards and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, design and edit materials including proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, floor plans, and presentation graphics.
• Apply professional graphic design principles and develop new ideas to support business development.
• Ensure designs fit deal team and client preferences while maintaining JLL branding standards.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through final delivery with quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with brokers, analysts and marketing professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and print/digital media techniques.
• Provide guidance to teammates and assist as needed.
• Take initiative to improve presentations and workflows.
