Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist, Capital Markets in Austin, TX to lead strategic marketing for the Americas Capital Markets business. You will collaborate with senior marketing leaders, investor services, and agency leasing to develop and execute a robust plan that connects with clients and prospects, drives revenue and raises brand exposure.

The role emphasizes proactive and reactive marketing, diverse content creation across digital, PR, events, and BD

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Commercial real estate experience required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Digital marketing experience.
• Experience leading marketing for an office or revenue group.
• Experience supporting advertising, PR, events and business development activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and influence peers and leaders.

• Partner and execute and measure results on strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
