Role Overview

Turing is looking for Capital Markets experts to work with our researchers to improve the performance of AI models. You will apply your deep understanding of equity and debt issuance, securities structuring, market microstructure, and pricing dynamics to evaluate and train AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like

• Evaluate LLM models on capital markets topics such as securities pricing, IPO structuring, syndication processes, and fixed income analytics.
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like bond valuation, yield curve analysis, derivatives pricing, and market risk assessment.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets (e.g., DCM, ECM, structured products, sales & trading desks, or market-making).
• Strong grasp of securities markets, pricing mechanisms, issuance processes, credit analysis, and market microstructure.
• Excellent English written communication.
• Bonuses (Not at All Necessary)
• CFA (Level I/II/III), FRM, or MBA in Finance.
