U.S. Bank is seeking a program analyst for its Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Development Program.

The role provides hands-on experience, structured training, and increasing responsibility across capital markets transactions within a designated product area. You will develop financial models, market commentary, and client materials, support pricing and execution, and collaborate with sales, trading, and risk teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with target graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Ability to start the program on July 12, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales, trading, and structuring with pricing, valuation, and execution of market products.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as market commentary and indicative pricing.
• Assist with trade lifecycle support, including documentation and issue resolution.
• Partner with internal teams to support approvals, documentation, and execution.
• Develop client materials, financial models, and market commentary.
