Job summary

Wilmington Trust, based in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks a client-service oriented trust administrator within Global Capital Markets. You will support Relationship Managers, handle daily trust administration tasks, and coordinate client requests with internal partners to ensure accurate processing of transactions and timely communication.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of combined education/experience and a finance-focused background; CCTS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support the Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships.
Assist account representatives in revenue-generating activities and meeting preparation.
Foster client relationships and serve as the point of contact for routine inquiries.
Manage relationships with internal/external service partners and resolve issues.
Develop industry knowledge and stay current on market news.
Adhere to corporate policies and risk controls.
Provide support to team members as requested.
Promote the M&T Bank brand and ensure client confidentiality.
