Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of capital markets experience representing issuers and/or broker-dealers in IPOs, follow-ons, SPACs, de-SPACs, and private offerings.
• Experience listing securities on NASDAQ/NYSE and/or OTCQB/QX; familiarity with the SEC, FINRA, and exchanges.
• Admission to the New York bar and Mandarin language skills required.
• Strong writing, research, negotiation, and communication abilities; able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Represent issuers and placement agents in capital markets transactions.
• Assist with ’33 and ’34 Act filings and regulatory compliance.
• Support cross-border deals between the U.S. and Asia.
• Collaborate with partners in a fast-paced practice.
