Responsabilités

• Advise issuers, underwriters, and investors on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, follow‑on offerings, private placements, Rule 144A).
• Represent clients in debt capital markets transactions (investment-grade debt, high-yield, convertibles).
• Counsel public companies on SEC reporting, disclosure, and governance matters.
• Advise boards of directors on shareholder engagement and listing requirements.
• Assist international issuers, underwriters, and investors with U.S. capital markets access.
• Represent REITs and real estate companies in formation and capital-raising.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance, tax, and regulatory teams on cross-border deals.
