LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Capital Markets Practice Group in Washington, D.C. / New York, NY.

The candidate will advise issuers, underwriters, investors, and public companies on a broad range of securities transactions and governance matters. Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 2–3 years of securities experience, including IPOs, debt offerings, and cross-border deals.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing or eligible for waiver.

Responsabilidades

• Advise issuers, underwriters, and investors on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, follow‑on offerings, private placements, Rule 144A).
• Represent clients in debt capital markets (investment‑grade debt, high‑yield, convertible securities).
• Counsel public companies on SEC reporting, disclosure, governance and listing requirements.
