The Capital Markets Analyst will support the debt and equity capital raise process by providing thoughtful analysis, research, capital stack modeling, and reporting to JPI's Capital Markets team. The Capital Markets Analyst reports to the Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets and works as part of a team to source, structure, and close financing for new and existing development opportunities across the pipeline.
