Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead New Capital Investment (NCI) projects in Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL. The role partners with the PMO and drives project setup, data mining, and insightful reporting to guide executive decisions.

You will work closely with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and PMO staff in a fast-paced, onsite environment, using Excel and Power BI to deliver clear analyses and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/technical field is required.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in engineering or technical roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to generate reports in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and track the status of all NCI projects.
• Mine and analyze project data and present findings to management.
• Facilitate project planning meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide updates to PMO and support executive summaries.
