Job summary

Williams College is seeking a Budget Manager for Capital and Treasury to join the College’s Budget team. You will lead capital budgets, cash management and the development of forecasts for capital projects and cash needs from the Long Term Investment Pool.

Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will build models, collaborate with Facilities, Planning and Design and Construction, and support operating budget requests for senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; 5+ years in treasury, cash or budget management.
• Experience with strategy-based financial analyses and scenario modeling.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and liquidity models.
• Support debt capacity analysis and capital timing assessments.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Planning, Design and Construction on budgets and reporting.
• Assist in operating budget requests and summaries for senior staff and the Committee on Priorities and Resources.
