Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Irving, TX seeks a Senior Consultant, AI Transformation Advisory, to lead AI-enabled transformation programs and governance initiatives. You will manage operating models, value realization, adoption, and cross-functional coordination while guiding client managers and directors.

You will coach junior staff, develop executive-ready recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, transformation delivery, or enterprise change programs across technology, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams within complex transformation programs, driving governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery outcomes.
  • Experience supporting AI and agentic AI initiatives, including operating model design, governance, change management, business readiness, and adoption.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and concepts, including GenAI, copilots, agentic AI, multi-agent systems, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise AI use cases.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills, with experience leveraging AI-enabled ways of working to enhance analysis, solution development, and client delivery.
