Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years in capital and/or construction procurement or a closely related field.
Deep understanding of relevant industry practices and legal frameworks.
Experience with various contract types, Lump Sum, T&M etc.
Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Lead complex contract negotiations including bid processes and change orders.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and evaluate supplier performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement initiatives.
