Roehl Transport, Inc. is seeking a Refrigerated Customer Service Planner. You will ensure markets have an optimal balance of available drivers and loads, assign freight to drivers, and collaborate with customer service to schedule appointments. You will also work with Fleet Managers to keep drivers productive and maintain service levels.

You will communicate effectively, think strategically, and work cross-functionally to develop strong customer relationships and improve operational efficiency.

The Opportunity

Now is your chance to help move America's refrigerated freight working in a transportation plan management role with Roehl Transport, a Forbes Magazine Best Mid-Sized Employer, and an ATA President's Award-winning carrier!

As a Planner on our Refrigerated Customer Service team, you ensure our markets have an optimal balance of available drivers and loads. You assign highly productive freight to drivers, minimize unpaid miles, and ensure on-time delivery in your plan manager role. Daily, you collaborate with our customer service team to ensure we have the right mix of freight for each day and that appointments are scheduled. Additionally, you work with our Fleet Managers to ensure drivers stay productive while providing service to our customers.

In this role, you put together a giant puzzle each day. You think several steps down the road to ensure that our drivers stay productive and our customers receive service.

You work directly with customers, fleet managers, and your customer service team to develop business, find creative solutions and build strong relationships established on trust.

The Wage

You will earn a competitive salary and have the opportunity to earn two monthly bonuses. Additionally, you are eligible for medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off. We even offer tuition reimbursement if you are interested in advancing your education.

The Schedule

In this role you will work 7 days in a row on a 12 hour shift from 6:00 am-6:00 pm with the following 7 days off.
