ICF seeks a highly qualified candidate to serve as the Capacity Development Manager to work on a national technical assistance project. The purpose of this project is to provide legal services for unaccompanied children from Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) care and custody and to expand the legal community's skills and capacity to provide immigration legal support. The Capacity Development Manager is responsible for developing training, opportunities, and materials to support the development of legal services practitioners to provide immigration relief. The work includes the development of products and tools to support all facets of the legal work with a primary audience of legal service professionals, with additional materials for children and their sponsors.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full‑time employment is: $89,649.00 - $152,404.00
