Job summary

Evonik Corporation in Milton, WI seeks a Supply Chain Planner to develop production and demand plans, manage inventory across sites, and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics and Sales to meet customer demand.

The role supports monthly S&OP, planning systems, and process improvements, serving as a key backup to the Supply Chain Manager. Strong analytical and SAP/IBP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field plus 5 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Experience with SAP and supply chain planning systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with demand, supply, production, inventory, or capacity planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.

Job Description Summary

You’ll work closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales to manage forecasts, capacity, shortages, and supply chain priorities. The role also supports monthly S&OP meetings, planning systems and process improvements, and serves as a key backup to the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field plus 5 years of Supply Chain experience OR High school diploma/GED plus 10 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Experience working with SAP and supply chain planning systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with demand, supply, production, inventory, or capacity planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed decisions based on demand, capacity, and material availability.

Summary Compensation & Benefits

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. (Specific rate to be determined, but not limited to, geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).

Pay Range: $83,900 - $151,800

Preferred location is Milton, WI or Janesville, WI; however, candidates based at or near any Evonik location within the United States will be considered.
