The role includes inspecting embroidery orders, coordinating with operators and supervisors, trimming threads, packing finished garments for shipping, and maintaining clean, neat products ready for delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and quality minded.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to multi task.
• Some sitting, standing, lifting over 75 lbs., bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing and pulling required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect embroidery orders and checks for mistakes against customer paperwork (styles, colors, quantities, design, notes).
• Coordinate with embroidery machine operators and supervisors to identify issues.
• Use heat gun to shrink foam and trim foam pieces as needed.
• Trim loose threads and fix minor mistakes with a marker.
• Ensure garments are clean, neat, and packaged before shipping.
• Count, sort, and package finished garments; discard or reject garments when necessary.
• Perform other duties as requested.
