Our Capital Associates Program (CAP) invites exceptional early‑career talent who combine deep curiosity, analytical rigor, collaborative leadership, and independent thinking to help us explore some of the world’s most complex and consequential investment questions. CAP is a highly selective, immersive global rotation program for those who want to think deeply, challenge assumptions, and develop the judgment and skills to build a long‑term career in investing.
We welcome applications from undergraduate or master’s (non‑MBA) students in their final year of study and those with up to one year of related experience after graduation. When we hire for CAP, we look for potential. Strong candidates demonstrate:
Southern California Base Salary Range: $90,440-$144,704.
Competitive compensation package. Support for relocation and housing (where applicable). Access to Capital Group’s resources, culture, and global community.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
