Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) in Camden, NJ is offering a paid summer internship in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer. The program runs for ten weeks, requiring full-day, in-person work Monday–Friday.

Ideal candidates are college students with strong writing and analytical skills, capable of drafting memos, updating SOPs, and supporting dashboard development. Must be enrolled full-time and reside within the Port District.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to pass a pre‑employment evaluation including drug and background checks.
• Official transcript showing full-time undergraduate enrollment for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 with at least 24 total credits.
• Residency within DRPA’s Port District (PA/NJ) and availability for in‑person, 40‑hour weeks.
• 10‑week summer period from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027.
• Strong written communication and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsabilités

• Draft memos, briefs, and cross‑department correspondence.
• Update SOPs and develop dashboard metrics for leadership.
• Prepare annual highlights report with narrative and graphics.
• Review COIs and insurance documentation; track and follow up on items.
• Attend meetings with CAO and risk management; summarize notes and actions.
• Maintain intranet content and assist in meeting agendas and briefing materials.
