The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, and reliable, patient, and compassionate nature. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional childcare experience (required)
• Degree or advanced childcare certification preferred, but not required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Three professional childcare references
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Willingness to complete a full background check
• Non-smoker
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
• Passion for working with children
• Reliable, responsible, patient, and compassionate

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and secure environment
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
• Follow parents' instructions regarding meals, naps, routines, and activities
• Maintain a clean and organized play area
• Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times
