Home Genius Exteriors in Allentown, PA is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team of 10–25 canvassing representatives. You will train, oversee scripts, and implement strategic marketing plans while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of field marketing or canvassing experience, strong leadership, and excellent organization. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year with uncapped bonus opportunities and full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Field Marketing Department of 10–25 canvassing representatives.
• Reinforce policies and procedures set by VP; track department production.

• Manage scripts and process flows; adjust on the fly as needed.
• Travel to different territories as needed and maintain team performance.
• Maintain weekly lead generation goals and conversions; exceed expectations.

What We Offer:

Job Type: Full-time hours at our HGE location in Allentown, PA

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (Base + Bonus, Upcapped)

What The Role Is About:

The marketing department is the walking talking face of our business, so it is important that our representatives are able to communicate well and make a connection with potential clients quickly. The Field Marketing Manager will oversee our Field Marketing Department of 10-25 canvassing representatives. They will reinforce the practices, policies, and procedures set forth by the Vice President in addition to tracking and maintaining the production of the department. You will need to think strategically, on your feet, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

What Impact You'll Make:

• Strategize to develop and implement new marketing strategies
• Train new field marketers and conduct new hire training 2x per month
• Manage scripts and process flows while being able to make on-the-fly changes to both
• Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness
• Track internal data within the department such as appointments, demos, and sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Travel to different territories within the department on an as-needed basis
• Establish a healthy and competitive work environment for your team of marketing representatives
• Lead weekly team meetings and trainings to teach the latest in product development and sales techniques
• Maintain and exceed weekly lead generation goals and conversion rates
• Exceed customer service expectations by providing an outstanding experience to every potential customer

What You've Accomplished:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• At least 1 year of Field Marketing or Canvassing (door-to-door) experience
• Experience leading a team of marketing representatives
• Work experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• High degree of dependability and motivation
• Multitasking proficiency and ability to type while speaking to customers
• Natural ability to speak clearly and publicly with confidence
