NWI Baths is seeking an experienced Canvassing Crew Leader to manage, train, and motivate a team of canvassers who generate leads and schedule home visits in Merrillville and surrounding communities.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, sales or marketing experience, and enjoy coaching others. This full-time role offers hourly pay, bonuses, paid training, and clear paths to higher-level sales and management positions within a supportive team.
