Job summary

Mad City Windows is looking for a Canvasser to meet homeowners, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This entry-level role offers a guaranteed starting pay of $20/hour with uncapped bonuses and paid training from Day 1.

You will engage in local neighborhoods, introduce our window and bath solutions, and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives. This position emphasizes communication, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Ability to start conversations with homeowners in local neighborhoods.
• Positive, energetic attitude and goal motivation.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors during the day.

Responsibilities

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way.
• Introduce window, bath, and kitchen solutions and explain benefits.
• Create interest and answer basic questions about offerings.
• Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales reps.
• Work with the team to hit daily and weekly goals.
