Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring a Canvasser in Fargo. You’ll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and generate interest to book free in-home consultations.

This is an entry-level sales role where you aren’t closing deals, but you’ll generate interest and set the stage for a career in home improvement. We offer $20/hour starting pay with uncapped bonuses, a Monday through Friday schedule, paid training from Day 1, and clear pathways for advancement

What You’ll Do

As a Canvasser, you’ll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way

• Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions

• Create interest and answer basic questions

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods

• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
