DaBella is seeking a results-driven Canvass Manager in Springfield, MO to lead a field canvass team through door-to-door outreach and appointment setting. This role emphasizes coaching, performance accountability, and frontline leadership to achieve lead-generation targets.

You will recruit and onboard new team members, provide ongoing mentorship, and manage daily field activities. The position requires outdoor work, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to engage homeowners
