Videos count toward performance payouts for 31 days after publication, including videos published before the payout period. The weekly limit is guaranteed. Proposed criteria for owner review: creators must live in the United States and make natural English-language videos. Review original on‑camera work and app demonstrations, preferably 3–10 recent videos where available. Verify account ownership and request audience‑location evidence for a US‑focused audience; residence alone is not evidence of audience location. Prioritize clear, respectful explanations suitable for people who feel overwhelmed and want a short daily routine. Do not require a minimum follower count, past earnings or a wellness portfolio; promising newcomers remain eligible. No repost compilations, AI‑generated personas or someone else’s account. Creators must demonstrate the actual app without fabricated outcomes, expose no personal health information and avoid treatment or crisis‑support claims. Missing portfolio or audience evidence needs clarification, not an automatic rejection. Every hiring or rejection decision remains with the owner in Applications.
