Required: 6+ months in cannabis, cash handling, and customer service experience; 21+ years old; product knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in the cannabis industry.
• Cash handling experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Product knowledge (preferred but not required).
• Must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their needs, and make personalized recommendations.
• Explain the differences between cannabis types (flower, edibles, concentrates) and proper usage.
• Check IDs to verify age, adhere to purchase limits, and follow state/local laws.
• Process transactions using a POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with daily cleaning, stock shelves, and maintain accurate product inventory.
