The Lead will train staff, manage inventory and cash procedures, support promotions, and uphold the company’s values while ensuring top-tier customer service at every touchpoint across locations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadtraining and staff development; build daily huddles and motivate the team.
• Set leadership example; ensure timely, welcoming customer experiences.
• Coach staff and establish performance standards for all team members.
• Assist in day-to-day leadership and store maintenance.
• Promote inclusion, morale, and participation in events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance, inventory processes, and accurate reconciliation.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits.
• Drive customer engagement, upsell, and product knowledge development.
• Maintain up-to-date online menus and accurate inventory levels.
