Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in the United States seeks a Safety/Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations across cannabis facilities, protecting people and products while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead security officers, manage shifts, conduct audits, and coordinate emergency response, training, and incident reporting to support safe, compliant operations. This role requires strong leadership, incident handling, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in security with supervisory experience.
• Experience in cannabis or highly regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring staffing, training, and performance management.
• Oversee security operations: CCTV, access control, alarms, and incident prevention.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal cannabis security regulations; maintain security logs and reports.
• Coordinate emergency response; train staff in evacuation and incident procedures.
• Collaborate with management; provide regular security reports and support investigations.
