Job summary

Jungle Boys Florida seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, merchandising, and standards. You will support the Store Manager, resolve associate and patient concerns, and drive sales while delivering an engaging and compliant patient experience.

You will mentor staff, manage inventory, train on product launches, monitor Florida regulations, and collaborate on overall store strategies to meet targets and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of high-volume cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Experience in coaching, training, and development of team members.
• Strong store operations, inventory, and cash handling knowledge.
• Familiarity with Florida cannabis regulations is a plus.
• Open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, and inventory software.
