Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Inventory Coordinator in Bellmawr, NJ to maintain accurate inventory and support store operations. You will receive, count, and manage stock in line with state medical cannabis regulations, using Metrc, Sweed POS, and seed-to-sale systems to ensure product availability for customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months in customer-facing roles, and experience with inventory and POS systems.

• At least six months in a customer-facing role.
• At least six months inventory or cycle-count experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with POS systems and accurate transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight shifts.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Attention to detail and basic math.
• Calm and solution-oriented problem-solving.

• Collaborative with store leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support store operations.
• Receive, count, and manage inventory in compliance with state cannabis regulations.
• Track products in Metrc, Sweed POS, and seed-to-sale systems.
• Assist front-of-house team with sales when needed to support customer service.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Print and label products for stocking shelves and returns.
• Oversee deliveries, verify invoices, and sign manifests.
