Embarc in Madera is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Guide to join our cannabis retail team. You will engage customers on the sales floor, answer questions, and recommend products based on their needs, while upholding Embarc's brand standards.

The role also involves supporting store operations, inventory tasks, and representing the brand at community events. Training is provided to ensure compliance and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
• Understanding of cannabis products, compliance, and regulations (training provided).
• Experience in regulated or high-volume retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor, answering questions and recommending products based on their needs and preferences.
• Deliver an exceptional and educational customer experience in line with Embarc's brand standards.
• Support store sales goals by promoting products and loyalty programs.
• Communicate and execute sales and marketing initiatives as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that reflects Embarc's merchandising standards.
• Participate in community engagement, field marketing, social media, and local events to represent the Embarc brand.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product trends, and opportunities for improvement.
