STIIIZY is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager in Concord, CA to lead the retail team and oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will set a culture of teamwork, motivate coworkers, and maintain exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, driving sales growth, managing inventory and cash handling, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the General Manager to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
